You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant LinkLocal a license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

You may not post content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Violates privacy or shares personal information without consent
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Infringes intellectual property rights

4.3 Community Standards

Users must follow our Community Guidelines, which promote respectful dialogue and constructive community engagement.

5. Local Business Accounts

Local businesses may create verified business profiles subject to additional terms and verification requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user content) are the property of LinkLocal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
